Marilyn Otten
Marilyn Otten has been committed to workplace performance excellence through learning and development since 1991, She has worked with small and large, private and public sector organizations throughout Canada.
During her corporate career she began in the sales arena progressing through to Director of Sales for a national service provider. Recognizing her passion for learning she accepted a Corporate Training and Development role responsible for Management Development, Sales Training, Corporate Communications and Succession Planning.
Marilyn has helped organizations achieve success in a number of performance-related areas. She designs and facilitates customized solutions focused on Leadership, Management Development, Customer Service, Sales Strategies, Team Building and Time Mastery. Her focus is to utilize proven strategies and “best practices” to optimize the personal and professional success of her clients.
Marilyn holds a Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) accreditation from The Institute for Performance and Learning (i4PL). She is a Certified Personal and Business Performance Coach and has accomplished her ACC (Associate Certified Coach) designation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She has achieved the academic requirements for the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation as well as a multitude of certifications in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Facilitation, Neuroscience, Communications and Organizational Development.

™. She is a Certified DiSC® Trainer, an MBTI Qualified Instructor, and holds the current Chairperson role for the Peel/Halton Chapter of The Institute for Performance and Learning. She is an active faculty member of the Canadian Management Centre facilitating a variety of their public programs.

Kate Jones
Kate’s extensive experience in the private, public and non-profit sectors across Canada spans more than twenty years in the areas of Performance Improvement, Training, Facilitation, Leadership, Sales and Sales Management, Communication and Group Interaction. This knowledge and expertise enables her to effectively communicate with learners at all skill levels.
As a facilitator, Kate utilizes innovative training methods that create dynamic learning environments. She conducts customized workshops and personalized coaching sessions in a variety of areas including Leadership Development, Customer Service, Selling Skills, Time Mastery, Building Effective Work Teams and Understanding Behavioral Styles. Her focus is to utilize proven strategies and the techniques necessary to optimize the personal and professional success of her clients.
Kate is a Sociology major with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario and is a graduate of Saint Francis Xavier University Adult Education program. She is a Certified DiSC
® Trainer. As well, Kate holds a Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) accreditation from The Institute for Performance and Learning.
Kate has earned certificates in: Instructional Design, Communication Skills, Sales Management, Organizational Development, the Transfer of Learning in the Workplace and the Non-Profit Sector Management program from the University of Western Ontario.
